Create photo quotations, product catalogs and trade documents

Choose your task

• Photo quotations: add quantities and selling prices; optionally calculate prices from costs, a manual exchange rate and target gross margin. Set quotation validity and lead time.
• Product catalogs: display photos, descriptions, SKU, MOQ and company contact details. Show selling prices or hide them for a contact-to-quote catalog.
• Trade documents: prepare Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and Packing List PDFs from one order, with a ZIP option.

The editor is currently in Chinese. PDF templates use English labels; text you enter is not automatically translated. Follow the English quick start for the button names and steps.

Import, review and export

Upload a UTF-8 CSV, paste Excel/WPS rows or enter products manually. Add local JPG, PNG or WebP photos, check currency and quantities, then generate and save the PDF. Internal cost, exchange-rate and margin inputs do not appear in customer PDFs. Catalogs omit buyer details, bank information and order totals. Public quotation notes may appear in the output.

Do I need the Chrome extension?

Not for CSV, spreadsheet paste or manual entry. The website cannot directly read signed-in platform pages. The separate extension assists with adapted order-detail pages on Alibaba.com, Made-in-China, Global Sources and 1688. It is user-initiated page reading, not universal platform integration or background API synchronization.

Status checked 2026-09-10: version 0.1.1 is publicly available; version 0.1.6 is submitted and awaiting review. The pending version includes local JSON handoff to the website, selected 1688 product/cart layouts and limited automatic images. Submission does not mean these features are available to install. Existing public users can use CSV and manual images.

Limits and local data

The web workspace supports 50 products per order, CSV files up to 1 MB and original photos up to 8 MB each; compressed photos total up to 4 MB per draft. Order processing and file generation happen locally. One draft is saved in the current browser, with no cloud or automatic extension synchronization. Clearing website data removes that draft; keep downloaded copies.

Optional website usage counters require your consent and do not include order contents. Details are in the privacy policy (Chinese). There is no payment service, AI photo recognition or automatic customs filing. Neither product indicates that a WeChat mini program has launched. Verify all trade and packing information before sending documents.
