ExportDoc Pro中文产品说明

Quick start

From product information to your first PDF

Use the website directly for CSV, spreadsheets and manual entry. Install the Chrome extension only when you need adapted platform-page reading. The editor is in Chinese; the PDF template labels are in English.

1. Start without installing anything

Open Quotation, Product Catalog or the trade document workspace. Choose “先用演示订单体验(非真实交易)” to try demonstration data. Use “手动创建订单” for a blank draft. No registration is required.

2. Bring your product data

Download the example CSV. Description, quantity and unit price are required. Copy the headers and rows from Excel/WPS into the paste area, or export a UTF-8 CSV and choose “导入 CSV 订单”. Direct .xlsx uploads are not supported. Work with one buyer and currency at a time; check the currency after import.

Review the parsed products before replacing an existing draft. Upload local JPG, PNG or WebP photos in the review step. CSV image URLs are not automatically downloaded. The detailed CSV field reference is in Chinese.

3. Prepare a quote or a catalog

For a quote, review quantities, selling prices, validity and lead time. A CNY 70 cost, CNY 7 per USD and 20% target gross margin produce a USD 12.50 selling price. Ten items total USD 125.00. Rates are manual; additional freight and taxes are not included. Recalculate after changing costs. Internal pricing inputs are excluded from customer PDFs.

For a catalog, fill in company contact details, SKU and a positive MOQ per product. Clear “目录中显示售价” to hide prices. MOQ does not become an agreed order quantity. See the full photo quotation and catalog walkthrough (Chinese).

4. Check the document and save it

Generate the preview, inspect every product and the public notes, then select “下载当前 PDF”. If automatic download does not start, follow the save-file link shown after generation. A preview or generated file is not proof that it was saved; open the downloaded file to check it.

After the customer agrees, choose “转为 PI / CI / 装箱单”, reuse the product data and add buyer, payment, trade and actual packing details. A Proforma Invoice describes proposed trade terms, a Commercial Invoice records the transaction, and a Packing List describes packaging. See the document comparison (Chinese). ExportDoc Pro does not file customs declarations.

5. Use platform pages when needed

Install the Chrome extension on a desktop, sign in to your own platform account and open an adapted order-detail page. Wait for product rows to load, initiate reading in the side panel, and verify all imported data.

As checked on 2026-09-10, public version 0.1.1 supports adapted order-detail pages, CSV and manual photos. Submitted version 0.1.6 is pending review and includes local JSON handoff. After it is publicly released and installed, export .exportdoc.json from the extension and confirm its import in the website. This is a manual file transfer, not cloud sync. The file can contain commercial and bank information; do not share it publicly. See the platform and image limits (Chinese).

Help and privacy

Read product facts and limits, the privacy policy (Chinese) or troubleshooting (Chinese). Keep downloaded copies before clearing or replacing your device-local draft. This guide does not cover a WeChat mini program.
